These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://mariascleaningservicesfb.com and the cleaning services provided by Maria Cleaning Services("we", "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & Estimates
Prices shown online, by email, by text, or by our AI assistant are estimated ranges only and are not final prices. Final pricing depends on the actual condition, size, and scope of the space and is confirmed by our team before service.
2. Booking & Availability
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are pending until you receive a confirmation from us by email or text. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests based on availability, location, or scope.
3. Deposits & Payment
- Some bookings require a deposit to hold your time slot, payable securely through Stripe.
- Deposits are applied to your final service total.
- Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
- We never ask for card details by chat, text, email, or phone — payments happen only through secure Stripe checkout links.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit or incur a late-cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives and cannot access the property (lockout), a lockout fee may apply.
- We may need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies — we will notify you as early as possible and never charge for our own cancellations.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property, its condition, and access.
- Ensure safe access at the scheduled time (keys, codes, gates).
- Secure pets that may be anxious or a safety concern.
- Store away valuables, firearms, and sensitive items before service.
- Notify us of hazards (mold, pests, biohazards) in advance — some conditions are outside our service scope.
6. Service Quality
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge. Refunds, when applicable, are handled case by case.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maria Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Please report any damage concerns within 48 hours of service.
8. SMS Communications
If you opt in to text messages, SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access restricted areas, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is owned by Maria Cleaning Services and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version is always on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
